We happily accept all major credit and debit cards, as long as they have a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express symbol on it.
We also accept Paypal, ApplePay, and Google Pay. Please see the "PayPal | ApplePay | Etc" section for more details. Please note that some promotions may not be available or applied to your order until you reach the "Order Summary" page during checkout.
We do not accept payments via check or money order.
How to Pay with Non-Credit Card Method
To place an order with Adagio using Paypal, ApplePay, etc please open your cart, then click "checkout". Select "more payment options" under the "GO TO NEXT STEP" button. The Paypal (or other) logo will appear.
Follow the onscreen instructions to place your order.
Please note that the process will return you to our checkout here at Adagio for last minute changes and confirmation when checking out through PayPal. ApplePay and GooglePay will not bring you to our "Order Summary" page. Be sure all details are correct before placing your order!
Address is Imported from that Account
When choosing to pay with Paypal, ApplePay, etc we receive an address that you've selected from the various options available in your Paypal account, AppleID settings, etc. Please be careful to select the correct one, as it's not possible for us to update this info once we receive your order.

May Create New Account
In the instances where your PayPal, ApplePay, etc email matches the email address of your existing Adagio account, all transactions accrue into one account. However, if your PayPal email address differs from the one stored in our system, then the PayPal orders enter our system as a new account. If this happened to you, you will have multiple accounts, one will contain your credit card orders, another your PayPal, etc transactions.
Check out the Merge Account section if this has happened to you. We recommend using the email address that matches your payment method as your primary account to keep the accounts merged.
Order Confirmation and Promotional Emails
For the same reason stated above regarding accounts, should your email differ, promotional certificates sent to your Adagio account will not validate when using PayPal.
We made it simple for you to change any information pertaining to your account. If you need to update your billing information, all you have to do is
visit the billing information page in your account. The changes will be reflected instantly on your account.
You may view and print copies of your invoices anytime. Simply visit your Account section and view the My Orders page. Here you'll see a listing of all your orders. Click an order number and look for the 'Print Invoice' option next to each.
No Paper Invoices
We do not include paper invoices with any of our orders, so if your order is a gift, the recipient will not receive any information regarding pricing, or your personal payment information.
You may see $0.01 transactions on your credit card statement. These are authorizations only, not charges. They'll disappear in a few days. Authorizations take place when you enter a credit card online to ensure that all digits were entered correctly. They are temporary, and will not be charged to your card.
An order cancellation will automatically refund you the cost of the purchase. You may still see the negative charge on your statement, followed by a positive figure of same amount. With some banks, the credits take a few days to arrive. But have no worry, these are processed automatically the second you click the 'cancel order' button.
A certificate will automatically and instantly subtract its value from your total on the Order Summary page.
Apply Gift Card
To apply, please look for this option during the checkout process. The section is labeled 'payment method'. Please select the 'gift certificate' option. The subsequent page will give you an opportunity to enter its number and automatically subtract its value from your total. You will instantly see your new total when the gift card is applied.
Forgot to Apply?
We unfortunately may not do so retroactively. If you forget to apply the certificate, we kindly ask that you retain it for future visits.
Checking out with PayPal, ApplePay, etc
If you're checking out with PayPal, etc and your that account's email differs from the one used to create your Account, the certificate won't validate.
While we can't apply the points retroactively, they never expire and may be used on a future order.
To apply, please look for the '.. or redeem points' drop-down box during checkout in the Gift Certificates section on the Order Summary page, then click 'apply' (this is the most important part). This will automatically subtract its amount you select from your total, and you will see it immediately.
We apologize that points can't be applied retroactively to orders already completed.
Promotions, including discounts, game prizes, offers for free items with minimum purchase, and free additions to your cart are some of the fun ways we like to reward and give back to our customers.
In any of these cases, free items added to your cart are designed to be additions to a paid order. Free items may be 'purchased' by themselves by paying for the base shipping rate of $3.75. Orders containing only free items may not be combined with a free shipping promotion.
Discount Promotions which allow you to save a percentage, or dollar amount off your total are limited to one-per-order, and may not be combined.
