HOW TO MAKE
COLD BREW COFFEE
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Weigh coffee beans using a scale and grind to Cold Brew size. To make four cups, we recommend 32oz of water and 70 grams of coffee.
Place ground coffee inside infuser.
Add room-temperature spring (or filtered) water, ensuring the grounds are well saturated.
Cover with lid and brew overnight on kitchen counter or in a refrigerator.
Remove the strainer once brew time is complete. Leaving the strainer in may over-extract coffee, causing a bitter cup.
Store remnant in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
